Returns & Quality Guarantee

Thank you for supporting me to reach my educational goals; I strive to provide high-quality products. Because many of our items are custom-made or shipped directly from global partners to keep prices low, we have the following policy:

1. The 30-Day Quality Guarantee (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right.

• The Process: Please email [muslimneeds58@gmail.com] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
• The Resolution: We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
• Keep the Item: To reduce our carbon footprint and save you the hassle of international shipping, you do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.

2. General Returns & "Change of Mind"

Because our products are either custom-printed (made-to-order) or shipped from international fulfillment centers:

• No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.
• Sizing: Please consult our Size Guides before purchasing. As items are created or sourced specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes.

3. Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated in 30 days (for international orders) or 15 days (for domestic orders), please reach out. We will investigate with the carrier and, if deemed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.
